12:00pm - 6:00pm: Registration checkin (open to all attendees)

2:00pm-4:00pm: Author Showcase is Open to Shop

2:00pm-4:00pm: Swap Shop is Open to Shop

4:00pm-6:00pm: DINNER ON YOUR OWN

6:00pm-7:00pm: Behind the Beard Documentary Viewing

7:00pm-8:30pm: Jingle Mingle Social Event

Thursday, May 13

First Day of SFR

9:00am - 11:00am: Registration checkin (open to all attendees)

9:00am - 7:00pm: Vendor Showcase Open (Closed 3:00-4:30pm)

11:00am – 1:30pm: Lunch Buffet & Opening Ceremony - Mills Auditorium (Presentation by Palm Tree Santas)

1:30pm – 1:45pm: Break

1:45pm – 2:45pm: The Oath Ceremony, The International Santa Claus Hall of Fame Induction - Mills Auditorium
