Booth Purchases are Pay NOW. You can add a booth later to your registration. Booth Purchases are non-refundable and do not qualify for the Purchase Protection Program.
$225.00 per Booth Package - LIMIT OF 4 BOOTHS PER VENDOR
8ft Deep x 10Ft Wide
(1) 8’x 24” White Plastic Covered, Black Skirted Table, 2 Chairs, and a Wastebasket.
Internet is Free
Vendor Tables: (WILL BE ASSIGNED ONCE LAYOUT IS FINALIZED)
- $175 per Table
- One 8ft Table in a 10ft Wide x 8ft deep space with 2 chairs and 2 vendor passes per table.
- NO Pipe & Drape
- Outside in Hallways
- Not inside Vendor Room
- There is no security in hallways
- Convention Center does lock up overnight
- Vendors will need to COVER their items or table tops during closed hours.
- You can purchase multiple side by side tables, see the layout shown on map.
- Table cannot be rearranged from the location they are posted in place.
- No advertising or promotions of Schools - There is a table already allocated for that and a fee to place items on that table - see registration form.

Begins at 8am on Saturday March 29th.
Please Unload Promptly and Immediately move your vehicle.
Sales start at 1pm unless otherwise noted.
Sales are NOT Permitted during Set Up.
No Exceptions.
Move Out:
Sales Close at 2 pm on Wednesday April 1st. Please do not completely clear your booth prior to 2 pm.
*Loading Dock- OPEN - 1:00pm to 7:00pm*
All Vendors need to be completely moved out by 7 pm.
Our Vendor Website List will be updated once every 2 weeks.
Please note:
No Food or Beverage Booths will be allowed per Convention Center Rules.
No Schools will be allowed per SFR Rules.
You may purchase a Table Top Display for your School.
This is a final purchase and there will be no refunds for any reason. You may find another vendor to take your already purchased booth. You will need to redo the vendor form.
