The Three Clay Pots - Steve & Debra Gillham
This workshop is about telling my new virtue story, "The Three Clay Pots!" The story teaches children about three different kinds of people: Ordinary, Takers, and Gift Givers. It explains that everyone, elves included, falls into one of the three categories. In class, I tell the props needed and where to buy them (the price for the pots is from $8 to $100 each.) I will show a video of the story being told to children, as well as discuss key moments during the telling. When the group departs from the class, they will know everything they need to perform this story next season.

There are so many ways to change your look but adding components to your basic garment foundation.

Women & an American Christmas - Pamela McColl
As a cultural historian Pamela McColl delivers a fascinating talk on the development of Christmas traditions in America and shares dozens of remarkable women who contributed to Christmas traditions and customs over the years. The talk also covers the literary development of the character of Mrs. Claus from the mid 1800s to today.
Working with children with Disabilities - Bill Quasa & Kevin Boydston
Carrying on the work of Santa John Schuech and Santa America, we will discuss working with folks with chronic diseases, those dealing with death, grief and bereavement, children on the spectrum, and foster children.
1. You must be a registered attendee or vendor before applying to teach a workshop.
2. Workshops are 60 minutes each.

4. No infomercial classes. We ask that your workshop is educational and not a sales pitch for your business or vendor booth.
5. Handouts and presentations are needed to post for attendees to access on a weblink, if possible.
6. Presenters will be featured on the website, in the Souvenir book and will be recognized in a special way at the event. There is no compensation for being a presenter. This has always been a volunteer position at the Santa Family Reunion.
7. Be kind, be courteous and be without political opinions.
8. The deadline to apply for a workshop will be SEPTEMBER 1, 2024
9. The workshop selection committee might contact you with additional questions.
10. Be prepared with a great workshop presentation that matches the information you provided in the application. Do not change off subject from your application workshop unless you inform the committee and discuss the changes.
