It is uphill walk from Convention Center on the same street so you walk directly to the front door of the convention center. Most restaurants are downhill from convention center. So consider that.

On the same side of the street as the front entrance to convention center up the hill. this is a popular location because it has larger units with kitchens.

Okay, this is a CapitalVacations resort.... (AKA.. Timeshare) So you can book this location in several different ways. I strongly suggest booking it on Expedia or Hotels .com... I dislike Booking .com for many reasons (mostly because they are impossible to contact since they are based in Amsterdam). You can also book directly on their website... Be careful not to book a timeshare meeting..
But I like Expedia... I use them often as a travel agent. (Hotels .com is same company as Expedia and VRBO) You usually get a better rate if you book on an app vs website.
