Vendor Load and Unload Information
General Information:
- We are asking for a load in time that you think you will arrive at the convention center.
- We need the full NAMES of each person that needs a vendor pass – see your confirmation for amount of vendor passes you will receive.
- Additional Table fee for 8ft tables is $_____ per table. Additional chair fee is $_____. You are allowed to bring your own at no additional cost.
- Internet is FREE
- Electricity must be purchased directly with the convention center. If you use any plug outlet, even to charge your phone, the convention center will charge you a fee on the spot, so plan accordingly. There will be phone charging stations at the SFR registration areas. INFO WILL BE SENT OUT BEFORE EVENT ON HOW TO PURCHASE ELECTRICITY*
RULES TO FOLLOW
- No advertising or promotions of Schools - Schools can place an ad in our souvenir handbook - info coming soon.
- Vendor Sales start at 9:00amm on Thursday – see schedule on website for operating hours each day.
- Sales are NOT Permitted during Set Up – No sales in vendor room on Wednesday - Author Showcase has Wednesday sales time only. See Schedule.
- Do not open any doors that are labeled emergency exits.
- No Food or Beverage Booths will be allowed per Convention Center Rules. You cannot sell Food or beverages as a vendor.
- VENDOR ONLY attendees do NOT have access to workshops or meals. There is a concession stand where you can purchase food and drinks during operating hours.
Loading Dock for VENDOR ROOM Booths
- Dock is OPEN - 9:00am to 9:00pm Wednesday, May 12, 2027
- Loading Dock can be accessed by the road between the Convention center and the church -see map attached.
- You must pull up to loading dock and unload all your items then move your vehicle and trailers away from dock. There is very little room for multiple vehicles, so please unload then park elsewhere then return to dock to transport your items to your vendor space.
- You are responsible for locating a place to park your vehicle and trailer. SFR is not responsible for your parking during the event.
Loading Area for Hallway Author Showcase
- Wednesday, May 12, 2027 - 2:00pm-3:00pm
- You will unload in front of the Convention Center at the doors to the right of the main entrance – see map attached. You cannot use any other doors.
- You must pull up to entrance area and unload all your items then move your vehicle and trailers away from building. There is very little room for multiple vehicles, so please unload then park elsewhere then return to front of building to transport your items to your vendor space.
- You are responsible for locating a place to park your vehicle and trailer. SFR is not responsible for your parking during the event.
Move Out Day - Sunday, May 16, 2027
- Sales Close at 3pm. Please do not pack up or clear your booth prior to 3:00pm. We ask that you stay setup until 3pm on Sunday – if you have a need to leave earlier, please be sure to let LIZ RUCH know before Sunday - to accommodate your needs. When vendors pack up early, it can cause confusion with shoppers and we also prefer to keep all the walkways clear for shoppers.
- Loading Dock- OPEN Sunday - 3:00pm to 8:00pm
- All Vendors need to be completely moved out by 8:00 pm.
- To ensure space for loading – please carry all your items down to loading dock and then bring your vehicle/trailers to load up – this will help the congestion.
- Hallway Vendors - Front side loading, please be aware of parking areas and load up through the same set of doors you used to unload, do not use any other doors to load up.
How to Purchase Electricity:
- 2027 Rates may differ - but the rates below were for 2025 - Vendors will be sent a link before event to purchase electricity directly from GCC.
- It is set at the early price of $100.00 until 2 weeks prior to the event, then it will switch to the standard price of $120.00. Must purchase directly from Convention Center.

Vendor Spaces are a final purchase and there will be no refunds for any reason. You may find another vendor to take your already purchased booth.
