Table Top Presentation Space
$25.00 for a 2' X 2' Table Top Space(1/4 Table Top) - Limit 1 space per group purchase

NEW IN 2019:  We are offering  unmanned table space  outside the Vendor Showcase Ballrooms A &  B. 
A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GET YOUR INFO OUT THERE!
Santa Associations/Clubs/Organizations/Schools/Charities/Businesses
may purchase 1/4 table top space to be set-up with your printed informational materials only that attendees can choose  to take according to their interest.
An authorized SFR Team Member will monitor tables daily and replenish your supplied materials as needed.
**NO PERSONAL  SOLICITATIONS OR RECRUITING ALLOWED, this is for printed material only and unmanned**

TableTop Materials can be brought to Convention Center Registration   OR can be mailed ahead to Sherri Heath by March 1st :

We will ONLY accept Table Top materials at the Convention Center Registration during these times :
Wednesday, March 13th  1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
        Thursday, March 14th  8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm 
Friday, March 15th 8:00 am to 9:00 am    
We will set the tables up after FINAL registration is finished on FRIDAY, March 15th after 11:00 am
The tables will be available to attendees and guests from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon .

 We will have a limited number of tables AND these spaces

MUST BE PRE PURCHASED - first come first served.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN ATTENDANCE TO PURCHASE TABLE TOP SPACE

Any unused materials must be picked up by Sunday, March 17th by 5:30 pm or will be thrown away.
** We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate materials**

**These spaces MUST BE PRE PURCHASED before 3/1/19 or earlier if sold out**
