THURSDAY:   9AM-7PM     OPEN  TO PUBLIC WITH APPROVED VENDOR PASSES - SEE REGISTRATION PAGE

FRIDAY:          9AM-7PM       OPEN TO PUBLIC WITH APPROVED VENDOR PASSES 

SATURDAY:  10AM-5PM     OPEN TO PUBLIC WITH APPROVED VENDOR PASSES 

SUNDAY:      10AM-3:30PM       OPEN TO PUBLIC WITH APPROVED VENDOR PASSES
                        3:30PM-6PM        PACK UP AND OUT OF CONVENTION CENTER  BY 6:00PM
                                                         
The vendor area of Tennessee Ballrooms A & B will be available for vendors to set up/move in on Wednesday March 13th starting at 9:00am to 5:00pm NO SALES THIS DAY.

$175.00 for a Single 10' wide x 8' deep Piped & Draped Booth
Booths are Piped and Draped in Black, with 1 skirted table 8’x24” & chairs for a Single Booth 
The vendor area is opened according to the agenda and securely locked each evening.  There will be 2 security guards during all open hours of the convention.

Optional Additions to your Booth
Additional tables:
$25.00 per table un-skirted
$55.00 per table skirted

Internet is Included for Registered Attendees and Vendors

Electricity will be available to pre-order through the Convention Center at a later date. 

There are vendor spots in Ballroom A & B combined.  

VENDOR SPACES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF REQUEST IN ORDER TO CHOOSE YOUR BOOTH SPACE # ON VENDOR LAYOUT
Vendor Spaces are limited and available for purchase until 2/14/19
OR when booth spaces are all sold out.

  PLEASE NOTE:  We are carrying on the tradition of no associations/organizations being able to purchase booth spaces in our vendor showcase.  The vendor showcase is for Santa, Mrs. Claus and Elf merchandise sales as well as Santa Schools for continuing education and Photography Companies who are seeking to employ Santa for the holiday season services.   Please be respectful of this decision.  It is not our intention to offend anyone.
**NEW IN 2019**:   We are offering  unmanned table space  outside the Vendor Showcase Ballrooms A & B for informational printed materials of  Santa Associations/Clubs/Organizations/Schools/Charities
