FRIDAY:          9AM-7PM       OPEN TO PUBLIC WITH APPROVED VENDOR PASSES 

SATURDAY:  10AM-5PM     OPEN TO PUBLIC WITH APPROVED VENDOR PASSES 

SUNDAY:      10AM-3:30PM       OPEN TO PUBLIC WITH APPROVED VENDOR PASSES

                        3:30PM-6PM        PACK UP AND OUT OF CONVENTION CENTER  BY 6:00PM
                                                         
The vendor area of Tennessee Ballrooms A & B will be available for vendors to set up/move in on Wednesday March 13th starting at 9:00am to 5:00pm NO SALES THIS DAY.

$165.00($10.00 less than 2017!!!) for a Single 10' wide x 8' deep Piped & Draped Booth
Booths are Piped and Draped in Black, with 1 skirted table 8’x24” & 2 chairs per Booth 
The vendor area is opened according to the agenda and securely locked each evening.  There will be 2 security guards during all open hours of the convention.

Additional tables:
$25.00 per table un-skirted
$55.00 per table skirted

Internet is Included for Registered Attendees and Vendors

Electricity will be available to pre-order through the Convention Center at a later date. 


VENDOR SPACES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF REQUEST IN ORDER TO CHOOSE YOUR BOOTH SPACE #('s) ON VENDOR LAYOUT
Vendor Spaces are limited and available for purchase until 2/14/19
OR when booth spaces are all sold out.

  PLEASE NOTE:   We are carrying on the tradition of no associations/organizations being able to purchase booth spaces in our vendor showcase.  The vendor showcase is for Santa, Mrs. Claus and Elf merchandise sales as well as Santa Schools for continuing education and Photography Companies.    Please be respectful of this decision.  It is not our intention to offend anyone.
**NEW IN 2019**:   We are offering  unmanned table top space  outside the Vendor Showcase Ballrooms A & B for informational printed materials ONLY for Santa Associations/Clubs/Organizations/Schools/Charities

Dec. to Jan. 14, 2019 - 25% Refund
After Jan. 14, 2019 - NO REFUND
